Step 1. Gather all gadgets that you need in baking

  •     Baking pans for breads (12" x 14"): must be flat other call it cookie sheet.
  •     Cake pan for cakes (9" x 13" x 2"): use for rectangular cakes and brownies.
  •     Muffin pan 2oz. 12 holes: use for rolls, muffins and cupcakes.
  •     Loaf pan 9"x5"x3": use for loaf bread or loaf cakes.
  •     Round cake pan 9": a round pan with 2" thickness use for round celebration cakes.
  •     Tart mold 3": use for fruit desserts such fruit tarts.
  •     Pie mold 9": use for pies such as fruit pies.
  •     Cheese Grater: ideal for grating cheese, carrots, ginger & etc.
  •     Dough Cutter: use for cutting various dough.
  •     Rolling Pin: use for rolling dough and pastry dough.
  •     Food Thong: use for hygienic purposes for holding food products instead of bare hands.
  •     Measuring Cup (Pyrex): use for measuring liquids i.e. water, eggs, milk & other liquids in ml., oz., and qtz.
  •     Measuring Cups: use for both dry and liquid ingredients also if the recipe calls for cup measurement use this.
  •     Measuring Spoons: use for both dry and liquid ingredients also if the recipe calls for a teaspoons or tablespoons measurement use this.
  •     Mixing bowl 13" round bottom: ideal for mixing ingredients and ease of use.
  •     Pastry brush: use for brushing excess flour, egg wash to dough or putting a grease on baking pans.
  •     Pastry Roller: a handy gadget that rolls through the dough such pastry and pizza dough.
  •     Rubber Spatula: use for scraping fat ingredients, cake batter and other ingredients for hygienic purposes.
  •     Scissor: use for cutting underliner, dried fruits and others.
  •     Sifter: use for sifting flour, cocoa, and other ingredients to avoid lumps in breads, cakes and pastries.
  •     Weighing scale (gms): use to measure dry ingredients in grams.
  •     Wire whisk: use to whisk ingredients or creaming ingredients such as sugar, butter and eggs.
  •     Wooden Spoon: use for mixing ingredients.
  •     Cake Tester: insert tester at the middle of baked cake if it comes out clean the cake is done.
